Administer and maintain employee benefits and retirement programs; advise employees on eligibility, coverage, and claims; maintain benefits records and documentation; analyze and assist with benefits policy and plan development to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.

Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment. Operate and validate CSP equipment, set up patient care carts, and follow blood/body fluid precautions and sterilization protocols.

Performs standardized clinical laboratory tests and associated clerical and QA functions in the ED stat lab with minimal supervision. Coordinates workflow, may assist with orientation/in‑service, meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor and Testing Personnel, and must be able to multitask and follow protocols. Evening full-time role at Huntington Hospital.
