The Vice President of Human Resources leads Huntington Hospital’s HR strategy, team, and service delivery in partnership with Cedars-Sinai shared services. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent and succession management, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, labor and employee relations, compliance, investigations, workforce transformation, analytics, and executive advising. The role establishes HR operating models, governance, service levels, and escalation processes while supporting hospital strategy, culture, financial performance, and regulatory readiness.

Supports patient care through clinical engineering consultation and technical support for medical technology. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality control, incident investigation, vendor and asset management, equipment planning and evaluation, service contract management, security management, education, and technology implementation.
