Partners with ISSOs, engineers, project managers, and government stakeholders on controls, monitoring, roadmaps, briefings, and implementation. The role requires onsite work in Washington, DC on a hybrid schedule and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Supports the U.S. Coast Guard intelligence systems and technology portfolio by maintaining plans, roadmaps, schedules, business cases, and portfolio documentation. Tracks milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance using business modernization tools. Prepares status reports, briefings, and decision materials for leadership and government stakeholders while supporting governance reviews, investment planning, and budget cycles.
