Configure and integrate ServiceNow and related SaaS platforms, developing workflows, catalog items, forms, interfaces, and automation. Deploy, debug, optimize, and secure cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Maintain production infrastructure supporting containerized applications, implement CI/CD and SysOps practices, troubleshoot platform and integration issues, document access and processes, and collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and support teams while ensuring compliance with federal policies.

Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for USDA users through phone and remote sessions. Diagnoses hardware, software, access, infrastructure, integration, and performance issues; restores service or coordinates escalation. Responsibilities include software installation and deployment, hardware repair coordination, ticket documentation, user training, status communication, root-cause analysis, knowledge article development, and support documentation. Scheduled and after-hours coverage may be required.

Lead establishment of a tailored SAFe governance model for a federal program: design and implement the framework, create stakeholder communication and education plans, deliver training/workshops, coach teams during onboarding and change management, and iterate the operating model with Agile practitioners and architects.

Lead enterprise architecture for a greenfield federal program: establish baseline architecture, governance, and standards; build architectural runway in a SAFe environment; review team designs and maintain living architecture artifacts across program phases.

Serve as a Business Analyst for a federal civilian program: gather and clarify client requirements, convert them into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, maintain backlog readiness and traceability, support sprint and PI planning, and build Jira dashboards and requirement structures in partnership with Scrum Master and program leadership.

Lead enterprise data architecture for a greenfield federal program: define data strategy, standards, governance, database-per-service patterns, data lake/warehouse and analytics, produce architecture artifacts, and hand off a maintainable baseline to sustaining teams in a SAFe environment.

Facilitate and establish program-wide Agile cadence across multiple development teams you do not manage. Coach teams on a shared Definition of Done, remove impediments, surface cross-team blockers, support backlog readiness and sprint planning, onboard new teams, and collaborate with Agile practitioners and architects to mature delivery practices.

Lead and facilitate an Agile Release Train in a greenfield federal program: establish SAFe cadence and ceremonies, run PI Planning, coordinate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team dependencies, scale to Solution Train Engineer scope, and work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Metrics Analysts to maintain backlog readiness and PI predictability.
