Leads end-to-end operations for a 500-employee fabrication plant, owning safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and employee engagement. Drives Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, standardized management systems, productivity, quality, asset utilization, and inventory optimization. Builds leadership capability, leads cultural change, and aligns Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and Finance partners in a matrixed organization.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure across distributed sites. Configures Cisco routers, switches, wireless systems, VoIP, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and related security appliances. Leads complex routing, switching, wireless, and multi-server network projects; supports installations, upgrades, documentation, service restoration, and long-range network planning. Collaborates with IT teams, service providers, and business users while ensuring network security, standards adherence, and successful project delivery.

Supports product lifecycle management from concept through post-launch, including product requirements, market and competitive research, testing, quality initiatives, performance analysis, and launch materials. Partners with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive product innovation, customer satisfaction, process improvements, and business growth. Also coordinates project activities, tracks timelines, communicates status, and analyzes sales, margin, customer, and product data.
