Administer and track global equity awards, maintain equity records across HRIS/payroll/platforms, support compensation processes (job evaluations, offers, bonuses, severance), prepare reconciliations and reports, respond to employee inquiries, partner with Finance/Payroll/Legal/vendors, and drive process improvements and system testing for equity and total rewards.

Lead application architecture and modernization: evaluate and roadmap business-built and legacy software, define pragmatic patterns, refactor or rebuild where needed, build prototypes and reference implementations, coach teams, and improve reliability, security, maintainability, integrations, and delivery practices across the application estate.

Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage complex projects within Global Business Services, focusing on automation and process optimization.
