Hands-on finance leader responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, internal controls, and operational finance for a manufacturing entity. Partners with plant operations and supply chain to drive KPI analysis, margin improvement, forecasting, and ERP/BI optimization to support strategic decisions.

Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning for the Australian plant, run S&OP, translate forecasts into production and material plans, optimize inventory, coordinate with Procurement/Finance/Logistics, steward planning systems (ERP/MRP/APS), drive reporting and stakeholder updates, and manage special projects and large project orders.
