Performs financial analysis, statutory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax calculations, audit support, fixed-asset administration, OPEX variance analysis, accounting close activities, and regulatory reporting for a manufacturing entity. Manages VAT and DIOT submissions, supplier tax documentation, capital projects, inventory support, and coordination with tax consultants and global business teams.

Leads the global Oracle HCM Cloud platform strategy, architecture, governance, roadmap, and operations. Oversees Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Onboarding, integrations, security, release management, testing, vendors, and managed services. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and regional stakeholders to standardize processes, meet regulatory requirements, improve data quality and employee experience, and implement AI and automation across the global HR technology ecosystem.
