Oversee logging operations, evaluate timber sales, assess tract accessibility and timber value, support timber procurement, coordinate contractors and landowners, obtain permits, maintain documentation, implement forestry best management practices, and promote sustainable forest management. The role requires fieldwork across timber tracts and logging sites, navigation using maps and GPS, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and effective communication in field and office settings.
