Designs and details highway and roadway projects from feasibility through construction administration. Responsibilities include roadway alignments, grading, drainage, traffic control, signals, signage, pavement design, permitting, cost estimating, field investigations, technical documentation, and coordination with project teams. The role requires applying engineering judgment, preparing plan sets and reports, meeting project budgets and schedules, and following MUTCD, AASHTO, and NYSDOT standards.

Leads mechanical engineering projects involving HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems from concept through completion. Performs load calculations, energy modeling, equipment selection, and system analysis; oversees AutoCAD and Revit drawings; ensures code and standards compliance; mentors engineers; collaborates with clients and project teams; supports proposals, technical reports, cost estimates, site visits, inspections, and construction administration.

Responsibilities include engineering analysis, plan and specification preparation, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, field investigations, reporting, and coordination with project teams. Requires civil engineering expertise, highway design experience, and proficiency with MicroStation or OpenRoads Designer.
