Acquire and onboard restaurant and retail merchants through in-person outreach, negotiation, and partnership agreements. Maintain merchant relationships, provide operational support, optimize platform performance and GMV, coordinate promotional campaigns, manage merchant backend data, and gather market feedback. The role requires Mandarin fluency, strong B2B sales and negotiation abilities, independent field work, organization, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

Lead U.S. government relations, public affairs, crisis communications, media relations, and online reputation management. Monitor English- and Chinese-language platforms, independently manage sensitive incidents, draft bilingual communications, advise leadership, coordinate cross-functional responses, engage media and stakeholders, and build crisis preparedness processes. The role requires hands-on execution, strong judgment, professional English and Mandarin fluency, and occasional travel or after-hours incident response.
