Develop and maintain partnerships with Chinese and Asian restaurants for a food delivery platform. Responsibilities include market and competitor research, merchant acquisition and negotiations, onboarding and product training, platform operations, merchant visits, issue resolution, and improving merchant orders and transaction volume through cross-functional collaboration. The role also requires maintaining strong strategic merchant relationships and optimizing the partner experience.

Develop merchant partnerships by researching markets, identifying Chinese and Asian restaurants, negotiating cooperation, onboarding and training merchants, managing platform operations, and resolving merchant issues. Conduct regular merchant visits, maintain strategic relationships, and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to increase transaction volume and orders while improving merchant experience.

Plan and execute platform operations, user engagement initiatives, email marketing campaigns, events, market expansion, and partnership development with businesses and universities. Coordinate promotional activities, procurement, and logistics while analyzing performance data and collaborating across departments. The role requires fluent English and Mandarin communication and content creation.
