Supports merchant operations, promotional updates, marketing-material coordination, delivery tracking, basic account and store troubleshooting, merchant data management, and BD team administration. Coordinates with drivers and cross-functional Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to resolve merchant issues and track requests. This is an entry-level, part-time role requiring 20–25 hours weekly.
