The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, B2B field sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, quota achievement, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Acquire and onboard restaurant, supermarket, and specialty food merchants through prospecting, field visits, consultative pitching, negotiation, and contract execution. Grow merchant accounts by optimizing digital storefronts, increasing GMV, and coordinating campaigns with marketing and operations. Manage onboarding configurations, POS integrations, performance reporting, and market intelligence while meeting acquisition and revenue targets.

Support local market customer growth and brand promotion through WeChat community operations, user engagement, event creation, content editing, offline marketing campaigns, promotional material preparation, trend research, and Xiaohongshu influencer and content placement activities. The role is based in Chicago, requires in-person work and legal work authorization, and is available during October and November.
