Acquire and onboard restaurant merchants, negotiate contracts, and grow sales revenue, orders, GMV, and market share. Manage merchant relationships, conduct regular visits, resolve operational issues, maintain merchant platform settings and materials, and coordinate with Marketing and Delivery Operations. The role requires independent business negotiation, strong commercial and interpersonal skills, market and data awareness, Mandarin fluency, and a valid driver license with access to a vehicle.

Acquire and onboard restaurant merchants, negotiate contracts, maintain and improve merchant relationships and operations, coordinate with Marketing and Delivery to grow GMV, perform merchant visits and manage merchant settings, and ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.

Assist with marketing campaigns, brand-awareness initiatives, university partnerships, WeChat community engagement, promotional activities, promoter coordination, and campaign performance data collection. The role supports the marketing team with execution, experimentation, and other assigned tasks while engaging Chinese communities and university networks.
