Manage a portfolio of restaurant customers post-sale to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Build trusted advisor relationships, deliver data-driven success plans, monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, mitigate churn, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Support, and Product.

The Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, manage sales strategies, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaborations to enhance sales and ensure the success of restaurant clients.
