Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Account Executives to meet ARR quotas through hiring, ramp programs, coaching, data-driven performance management, forecasting, cross-functional coordination, and operational problem solving to improve pipeline, conversions, and time-to-go-live.

Prospect and acquire new restaurant customers (1-25 units) for HungerRush 360 through outbound lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, and full sales-cycle management while maintaining pipeline in Salesforce and collaborating cross-functionally to meet sales targets.

Coordinate and operate sales enablement and onboarding programs: schedule events, manage content libraries and LMS, prepare training materials, track participation and KPIs, support cross-functional communications, and assist the Director with project and vendor coordination to scale enablement efforts.
