Jobs at Hummingbot

Provide 1st–2nd level technical support and incident management for a global crypto community across Discord, email, Zendesk, and Reddit. Triage, document, root-cause application errors, escalate to engineering/product as needed, and improve support tools and processes.

Provide multi-channel technical support for the Hummingbot community, manage and resolve Zendesk tickets, troubleshoot root causes, escalate platform incidents to engineering and product, maintain knowledge base, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure excellent user experience.

Lead day-to-day operations for the Hummingbot Foundation: administer documents and SOPs, assist HR (hiring, offers, payments), support finance/bookkeeping (invoicing, expenses), maintain records/legal filings, engage community on Discord/Twitter, and support business development and marketing efforts.
