Diagnose client contact-center needs and design, configure, test, and troubleshoot Genesys CCaaS solutions. The role includes call-flow development, self-service automation, UAT, stakeholder discovery, workstream ownership, performance reporting, implementation support, standardization, and peer mentoring across healthcare client engagements.

Own and improve Azure infrastructure while leading complex integrations, automation workflows, and cross-system implementations. Provide advanced escalation support for service desk issues, including SharePoint; diagnose interconnected platform problems; strengthen security, access controls, and system reliability; and maintain technical documentation. The role also supports internally developed applications, uses AI-assisted tools, and mentors engineers on engineering standards, testing, version control, and change management.

Build and maintain long-term pipelines of senior Epic and patient access leaders through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. Engage credibly on Epic architecture and access operations, advise internal leaders on hiring timing, track and share pipeline activity, and contribute to talent strategy while operating independently.
