Design and govern Hummingbird's workforce management (WFM) delivery model across clients. Define platform-agnostic standards for forecasting, scheduling, and capacity governance; assess WFM maturity; translate requirements into Genesys platform design; coach stakeholders; document decisions; and evaluate AI/automation's impact on staffing and capacity.

Maintain and troubleshoot Epic Radiant workflows, resolve tickets, build/test changes, support OpTime and Cardiology interfaces, complete upgrade tasks, document requirements and testing, meet SLAs, and serve as the customer's Radiant subject matter expert.

Build and maintain long-term pipelines of senior Epic and patient access leaders through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. Engage credibly on Epic architecture and access operations, advise internal leaders on hiring timing, track and share pipeline activity, and contribute to talent strategy while operating independently.
