Teams at Humboldt-Del Norte Independent Practice Association

Provide nursing leadership and program oversight for care coordination, utilization management, population health, and Priority Care programs. Supervise staff, coordinate intensive care for complex members, lead hospital rounding and ED follow-up, develop nursing protocols, drive quality improvement, and support regulatory reporting and community partnerships.

Manage accounts receivable/payable, post payments and reconcile bank/TCD accounts, process biweekly payroll and payroll liabilities, submit and follow up on clinical claims in eCW, post PCC payments, and support billing and reconciliation with regular reporting and customer inquiries.
