Manage creator communication and relationships throughout influencer marketing campaigns. Support creator onboarding, coordinate deliverables, timelines, submissions, feedback, approvals, and negotiations, while keeping campaign information organized. Track campaign progress and results, assist with reporting, troubleshoot issues, and support the Organic Partnerships team with daily campaign operations. The role requires strong marketing and social media knowledge, excellent communication, organization, initiative, and interest in the creator economy.

Manage client influencer marketing campaigns from strategy and creator selection through execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. Translate brand objectives into tailored influencer strategies, build data-driven creator pools, monitor KPIs and budgets, provide trend-based recommendations, resolve campaign and platform needs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and platform value.

Own the inbound US revenue motion end-to-end: qualify leads, run data-backed discovery calls, scope and present proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain pristine CRM hygiene, hand off deals to execution, and improve the call playbook by feeding scored call data.
