Develops and executes global account strategies to increase market penetration, meet sales quotas, and expand customer relationships. Responsibilities include account planning, forecasting, budget management, negotiations, competitive analysis, customer and dealer coordination, shipment and quality issue resolution, and leadership of sales activities. The role requires frequent customer contact, regional travel, and collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and executive management.

Develops new and existing business by educating end users, dealers, architects, and designers on ergonomic workplace solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, achieving sales targets, managing forecasts and sales activity reports, supporting installations, coordinating customer service matters, training dealer representatives, and building relationships with architecture and design firms.

The Assistant Controller leads month-end and year-end close, reviews journal entries and reconciliations, and maintains balance sheet integrity. The role provides leadership across AP, AR, and General Ledger teams, resolves accounting issues, strengthens controls, supports audits, and drives process improvements and finance automation. It collaborates with FP&A and Operations, monitors accounting performance metrics, provides financial insights, and serves as deputy to the Controller when needed.
