Coordinates engineering support operations, including scheduling engineer visits, managing support enquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, processing orders, tracking repairs, and handling warranty claims. Provides customer and dealer support, maintains defect and repair records, supports sales, coordinates operational projects, and contributes to process improvement and financial performance initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with architecture and design firms, identify projects, drive product specifications, and manage opportunities through order completion. Present ergonomic workplace solutions and continuing education programs, train designers, coordinate industry and showroom events, promote the brand, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

Develops and deploys AI solutions that automate business processes, improve decision-making, and support innovation. Responsibilities include building AI prototypes and applications, tuning models, analyzing data, integrating enterprise systems, developing generative AI and intelligent search solutions, improving data quality, and partnering with business and IT teams. The role also evaluates AI technologies, documents recommendations, and promotes responsible AI practices involving privacy, security, governance, and ethics.
