The Head of People will strategize on executive partnerships, talent acquisition, performance management, and culture, focused on scaling the company's HR functions.

Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise and mid-market clients: run discovery, configure Humanly platform and ATS/HRIS integrations, validate data flows and API mappings, manage project plans and stakeholders, deliver training, document configurations, and hand off to Customer Success while surfacing expansion opportunities.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and run day-to-day office operations. Own calendar management, travel, meeting prep, follow-ups, project coordination, office logistics, vendor and budget management, and culture initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency and a strong in-office experience.

Sell Humanly's AI-powered recruiting platform to enterprise customers, manage complex consultative sales cycles, build enterprise pipeline, align solutions with HR/IT stakeholders, drive pilots and integrations, and meet revenue targets through cross-functional collaboration.

Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue systems ecosystem (HubSpot, GTM stack), improve CRM data integrity, build predictive forecasting and KPI frameworks, run deal desk reviews, and translate GTM strategy into scalable cross-functional processes to support Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers as their strategic advisor to drive adoption, retention, and growth of Humanly's hiring platform. Deliver training, QBRs, and data-driven recommendations, advocate customer needs internally, and identify expansion opportunities while optimizing recruiting workflows and outcomes.
