Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts as primary customer contact: drive product adoption, define success metrics, monitor health, deliver training and QBRs, advocate internally, and own retention and expansion outcomes.

The Head of People will strategize on executive partnerships, talent acquisition, performance management, and culture, focused on scaling the company's HR functions.

Build and lead Humanly's partnerships function: identify and close strategic HR tech deals, own partner lifecycle, drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline, manage integrations with Product/Engineering, launch co-marketing/co-selling programs, and provide market intelligence to influence product and GTM strategy.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and run day-to-day office operations. Own calendar management, travel, meeting prep, follow-ups, project coordination, office logistics, vendor and budget management, and culture initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency and a strong in-office experience.

Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue systems ecosystem (HubSpot, GTM stack), improve CRM data integrity, build predictive forecasting and KPI frameworks, run deal desk reviews, and translate GTM strategy into scalable cross-functional processes to support Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Sell Humanly's AI-powered recruiting platform to enterprise customers, manage complex consultative sales cycles, build enterprise pipeline, align solutions with HR/IT stakeholders, drive pilots and integrations, and meet revenue targets through cross-functional collaboration.
