Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate HR administration, employment documentation, ERGANI procedures, employee records, HR systems, reporting, and key HR indicators. Contribute to employer branding, university partnerships, talent attraction, employee experience, and continuous HR process improvement while working with the HR Manager and business teams.

Design TV and entertainment products across Smart TV, mobile, and web platforms. Responsibilities include user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, usability testing, design systems, and collaboration with product managers and engineers. The role focuses on content discovery, navigation, search, recommendations, playback, subscriptions, profiles, remote-control interactions, cross-platform consistency, and continuous product improvement.

Design mobile and web digital products end to end, from research and wireframing through prototyping, usability testing, design systems, and final UI delivery. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and German-speaking stakeholders to translate business and user needs into intuitive experiences. Present design decisions in German and English, iterate using user feedback and data, and ensure consistency, accessibility, and high-quality execution across large-scale products.
