Deliver hands-on HR operations in a manufacturing environment: manage employee lifecycle in SAP SuccessFactors, support recruitment (blue-collar), run payroll preparation and reconciliations, ensure compliance with Greek labor law, handle employee relations on the shop floor, administer benefits, produce HR reports/KPIs, and participate in HR projects and process improvements.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process, creating user-centered interfaces, collaborating with teams, and advocating for user needs while optimizing designs based on feedback.

Design and analyze biological and experimental datasets, build predictive models to inform breeding and product decisions, apply statistical inference and modern machine learning where valuable, collaborate with scientists and engineers, and communicate decision-ready, reproducible insights.
