Teams at Humane World for Animals

Leads organizational change management, technology adoption, workforce readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training for technology programs. Develops change strategies, training sessions, learning resources, readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement recommendations. Acts as a liaison between technology teams and functional stakeholders to translate technical changes into clear employee impacts and support sustained use of technology solutions.

Provides labor and employment legal counsel across hiring, compensation, benefits, workplace investigations, compliance, policies, agreements, litigation, and international employment matters. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, develops compliance training and risk strategies, manages outside counsel, and advises HR and organizational leadership on federal, state, local, and international employment law.

Leads global web marketing strategy, governance, content frameworks, platform optimization, accessibility, performance, analytics, and conversion effectiveness. Manages web marketing staff, agencies, vendors, budgets, and website lifecycles while partnering with communications, brand, fundraising, advocacy, and international teams. Oversees emerging AI discovery practices, ensures authoritative and accessible content, and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership. The role is fully remote in the United States, with Eastern Time availability and occasional work outside standard hours.
