Develops and maintains provider education, communications, templates, memos, web updates, and training materials. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align resources with provider needs and state requirements, documents policies and technical information for diverse audiences, manages content in a content management system, and tracks training participation, engagement, and effectiveness.

Develops and executes Medicare Advantage pricing strategies, including pricing assumptions, bid submissions, regulatory rate filings, certifications, forecasting, and rate implementation. Analyzes market performance, projections, competitive factors, and experience data to recommend pricing actions and support profitable membership growth. Advises Product Development and executives on benefit costs and segment strategies while collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining pricing tools.
