Lead the enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) program, driving privileged cloud migration, vaulting and governance across cloud, on-prem, and subsidiaries. Mentor teams, modernize privileged controls, remediate high-risk access, onboard subsidiaries, build PAM playbooks and VP-level scorecards, partner with Risk/Compliance on audits, and support operational tasks including vendor renewals, reporting, and on-call escalation.

Advise Humana leaders on IT strategy, align IT with enterprise goals, create executive presentations, activate strategic roadmaps, coach team members, engage stakeholders, and stay current on emerging technologies.

Lead finance data strategy, architecture, governance, and platform modernization. Oversee data warehousing, MDM, metadata, ETL/ELT, and AI/ML initiatives; partner with Finance and IT; chair architecture reviews; mentor teams and deliver innovative, cloud-based finance data solutions.
