Manage multiple quantitative, qualitative and community research projects end-to-end. Design activities, lead fieldwork and moderation, analyze data, produce client-ready reports with recommendations, present to clients, handle accounts, contribute to commercial growth and proposals, and coach junior consultants.

Lead and deliver quantitative, qualitative and community research with a focus on brand and communications tracking. Manage projects end-to-end, build client and supplier relationships, mentor junior staff, design research approaches, analyze large datasets, and present actionable insights to inform brand, communications and commercial decisions.

Drive inbound and outbound lead generation and pipeline management, qualify and nurture leads, maintain HubSpot CRM, support BD Director with proposals, sector-specific materials and presentations, schedule meetings, attend events, and provide administrative and strategic support to grow awareness and win new clients.
