Teams at Human Options, Inc.

Coordinates the full grant lifecycle for government, foundation, and corporate funders, including prospect research, relationship cultivation, proposal and report writing, submissions, compliance, stewardship, recordkeeping, and renewals. Collaborates with program, finance, and leadership teams to meet grant deadlines, track deliverables, manage risks, and support revenue planning. Maintains grant data in Raiser's Edge and Instrumentl and prepares status reports for executive leadership and the board.

Provides information, registrations, screenings, referrals, and follow-up support to individuals and families seeking community resources. Responds to walk-ins and inquiries, assesses client needs, connects clients with service providers, distributes emergency supplies, processes donations, maintains accurate records, and conducts outreach while meeting program and grant requirements.
