Provide Tier 2/3 IT support and escalations, architect and automate internal IT systems (especially macOS), manage MDM/RMM and identity systems, handle procurement and asset management, document processes, and optimize IT operations using scripting and AI-driven automation.

Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting, demoing the Human Interest platform, managing pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Use Salesforce and other sales tools to document activities and meet quota in high-velocity SMB sales cycles. Must operate in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Provide legal counsel on employment matters and general legal support for a fintech company, focusing on compliance, investigations, contracts, and advice on employment law.
