Serve as primary client contact for a book of retirement plan sponsors, resolving issues, ensuring compliance with IRS/DOL/ERISA requirements, coordinating testing and filings (Form 5500, ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, etc.), partnering cross-functionally, and proactively optimizing plan administration and customer satisfaction.

Full-cycle account executive responsible for prospecting, demoing the platform, managing pipeline, negotiating and closing deals, and documenting all activity in Salesforce. Targeting small and medium-sized businesses with high-velocity sales cycles; must use sales tech tools and meet quota while operating in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Manage and grow partner relationships (tech partners, HCM, brokers, CPAs, financial advisors) to generate leads and revenue. Develop referral networks, set partner goals and metrics, execute go-to-market and demand-generation activities, and resolve partner issues cross-functionally. Travel to the field ~3 days/week.
