Process daily 401(k) money movement transactions (distributions, roll-ins, loans, rebalances), investigate complex client issues, meet SLAs, support privacy and fiduciary processes, partner with Operations/Technology/Customer Success, and drive process improvements.

Manage and grow referral partnerships with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors to generate leads and revenue. Build strategic referral networks, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, execute partner marketing initiatives, set partner goals and metrics, and drive go-to-market and demand-generation activities. Field presence required three days per week.
