Own the technical infrastructure supporting a large-scale camera and sensor data ingest pipeline. Build and maintain ingest stations, tooling, hardware fleets, quality controls, media lifecycle standards, inventory processes, and reporting. Troubleshoot failures, ensure data integrity and chain of custody, automate workflows with Python and shell scripts, train operators, document procedures, and support field deployments.

Own field deployments from equipment collection through data verification and upload. Manage five to six operators, coordinate with site contacts, maintain camera and inventory readiness, enforce data-quality and taxonomy protocols, reconcile equipment, and submit deployment reports. The role requires on-site work, independent problem-solving, long hours, a six-day schedule, and substantial travel from Delhi NCR to national deployment sites.

Owns end-to-end, high-volume recruiting and core people operations. Responsibilities include building sourcing pipelines, screening and closing candidates, managing recruiting metrics and forecasts, coordinating offers, onboarding, payroll, employee records, leave policies, and attendance. The role partners directly with founders, designs fast recruiting processes, and builds the systems and eventual team needed to scale hiring rapidly across operational, sales, annotation, logistics, and management roles.
