Responsibilities include scoping, data migration, configuration, integrations, stakeholder management, customer advising, handoff to Customer Success, and improving implementation processes with AI-enabled workflows.

Lead product design projects from conception to launch, create elegant solutions, align customer needs with business goals, and collaborate with engineers to enhance product quality.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle across the UK and Europe, from outbound pipeline creation through negotiation and close. Build relationships with senior HR, People, and business transformation leaders; conduct discovery; communicate complex product capabilities and value; and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes. The role requires consistently achieving quota, closing $50,000–$100,000 ARR deals, developing outbound strategies, and feeding market insights back into product development.
