Manage exterior maintenance across a retail property portfolio by overseeing contractors, planning landscaping and snow/ice programs, ensuring code compliance, conducting site inspections, tracking vendor performance and budgets, and reporting metrics to senior management.

Support project managers with scopes, vendor and subcontractor sourcing, pricing, material tracking, safety and job file maintenance, daily activity reporting, and communication with mall management. Assist with RFPs/RFIs and travel to job sites as needed.

Create and distribute internal communications, partner with leadership, support culture and engagement initiatives, maintain intranet and messaging platforms, manage and grow Facebook and affiliate pages, develop social strategies and content, track analytics, and produce clear copy for internal and external channels.
