Support delivery of neighbourhood regeneration and housing improvement projects by undertaking property surveys, developing technical solutions, supporting design and procurement, monitoring construction works, managing contractors, supervising budgets, ensuring compliance with contracts and Health & Safety (CDM), and producing performance and progress reports for stakeholders.

Provide HR and OD support within the Council: develop and review HR policy, support change management and organisational design, deliver workshops, analyse HR data, participate in job evaluation and industrial relations, advise managers and trade unions, and lead allocated HR projects to build workforce capability.

Provide financial support, monitoring and reporting across revenue and capital budgets using Workday. Prepare budget information and annual accounts, ensure compliance with financial regulations and grant conditions, advise and train service managers, and lead/support lower graded finance staff to ensure effective financial control and value for money.
