Leads manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, and material-handling operations to meet safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost goals. Manages staffing, budgets, operational KPIs, inventory controls, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develops supervisors and future leaders, ensures accountability, and partners with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to execute plant objectives.

Processes and optimizes customer artwork for flexographic printing, performs color correction and shade matching, creates proofs and layout mock-ups, manages customer approvals, uploads final files and documentation to SAP ERP, and coordinates with production, plate-making, and sales teams to ensure accurate, efficient press-floor transitions.

Manages order-to-cash performance across the UAE and Egypt, including accounts receivable reporting, collections, disputes, forecasting, credit controls, and working capital improvement. Leads cross-functional governance with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and leadership; standardizes processes, improves invoice quality, identifies automation opportunities, and trains stakeholders. The role requires strong O2C, credit management, analytics, communication, ERP, and multi-country finance operations experience.
