Leads World Class Operations and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Develops strategies to improve OEE, reduce downtime and waste, and enhance production efficiency. Coordinates cross-functional TPM pillars, monitors KPIs including MTBF and MTTR, manages continuous improvement projects, and builds team capability through training and knowledge-sharing.

Participate in a 12–18 month commercial rotation program across customer service, sales, sales operations, and product management. Build knowledge of products and processes, interact with customers, support strategic cross-functional projects, identify process improvements, and develop sales and marketing capabilities through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Support internal communications and marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, blogs, newsletters, and other channels. Create content, monitor campaign analytics, conduct market research, maintain digital accounts, coordinate events and webinars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on consistent messaging and branding. The intern will also assist with administrative tasks while gaining practical experience and mentorship in a fast-paced office environment.
