Provides daily administrative support to leadership by managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, budgets, and confidential projects. Coordinates meeting logistics with vendors and supports corporate committees and employee engagement events. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, independence, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work onsite at least four days per week.

Leads financial performance for a manufacturing plant, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, capital evaluation, internal controls, and financial close activities. Partners with plant leadership to improve cost competitiveness, working capital, productivity, and operational decision-making. Manages the plant Finance team, supports audits and compliance, and drives continuous improvement through dashboards, automation, ERP discipline, and standardized processes.

Performs maintenance on machinery and equipment, interprets blueprints and schematics, identifies recurring mechanical problems, and implements corrective methods. May lead a team. Requires a mechanical engineering degree, preferably 2–4 years of experience in the paper or chemical industry, CAD knowledge, and excellent English proficiency.
