The role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong writing, and the ability to build operating structure in a fast-scaling, operationally complex services business.

Lead the HR function for Hugo's South Africa BPO: build workforce plans, core HR processes, and compliance with South African labour law. Advise leadership on hiring, employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching to create a scalable, high-performing people foundation.
