Lead a globally distributed QA organization of 75+ professionals across four countries. Define an AI-native quality engineering strategy, transition manual testing to automated and AI-augmented testing, establish governance and maturity frameworks, integrate quality practices throughout the SDLC, and develop quality metrics. Coach leaders and managers, partner with technical and business executives, and represent the company’s quality engineering capabilities in client engagements.

Leads strategic and tactical management of multiple client accounts and a large portfolio. Oversees senior client relationships, account growth, engagement strategy, cross-disciplinary teams, profitability, staffing, quality, and delivery. Develops new business pitches, negotiates statements of work and contracts, identifies client needs, and maintains executive relationships to expand long-term partnerships.

Provide architectural guidance for a React Native application, including application structure, frontend-backend integration, scalable technical solutions, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams, evaluate technical approaches, align frontend and backend components, and communicate architectural decisions and best practices. This is a fully remote freelance contract in Colombia from September 2026 through March 2027.
