Lead a safe, engaging classroom using Celebree curriculum; create age-appropriate lesson plans; maintain regulatory and brand compliance; communicate with families; support school operations, coach others, assist leadership with safety and consistency, and participate in the Celebree Careers Pathway toward school leadership roles.

Provide instructional coaching, classroom observations, and mentorship to Pre-K Expansion Grant teachers; support curriculum fidelity, MSDE standards, lesson planning, classroom management, and professional development. Collaborate with directors, document coaching activities, model best practices, and help ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across assigned Pre-K classrooms.
