Plan and execute conferences, vendor webinars, internal events, and virtual programs from start to finish. Coordinate venues, booths, vendors, speakers, travel, registration, communications, budgets, contracts, timelines, and on-site logistics. Partner with marketing and sales to support pipeline and community goals, then track attendance and event performance. The role requires managing multiple events simultaneously while building Hudu’s presence in the MSP and IT community.

Perform manual and automated UI/UX testing for a Ruby on Rails SaaS product, including exploratory, regression, cross-browser, and performance-focused tests. Collaborate with designers and developers, document reproducible bugs with logs/screenshots, improve test coverage and CI/CD processes, and support fast-paced release cycles to ensure responsive, intuitive interfaces across desktop and mobile.

Build and maintain Hudu's cross-platform mobile app and Dart console apps (including Windows services). Implement features end-to-end using Flutter/Dart and Riverpod, integrate with RESTful Rails APIs, collaborate with design and product, improve performance and reliability, and participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, and closing deals while leveraging AI tools to enhance sales workflows.
