Lead the Academy's learning strategy and roadmap, partner with stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, govern and improve the LMS, oversee program development (leadership, onboarding, operational and digital learning), measure impact using data, and support change management and knowledge transfer.

Lead establishment of an Agile & AI performance measurement practice: define frameworks, KPIs, tooling, governance, analytics platform strategy, and executive storytelling to measure delivery flow, quality, value, and GenAI/automation impact. Build and lead the team and partner across functions to turn insights into operating decisions and improvements.

Maintains and improves credit risk control systems and reporting for banking operations. Responsibilities include managing audit, compliance, and enterprise risk requirements; retaining control evidence; preparing portfolio and risk reports; updating operating procedures; supporting credit risk platforms and processes; monitoring system access approvals; and assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity. The role requires analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, plus Microsoft Office and SAS or SQL knowledge.
