Leads enterprise pricing, promotions, price-value transformation, print, distribution, and gift card strategies across retail businesses. Owns the True North Price/Value program, balances customer value with sales, margin, inventory, and costs, and partners with merchandising, analytics, marketing, finance, technology, and retail operations. Builds teams, establishes governance, drives enterprise change, advises senior leaders, and delivers scalable pricing and promotional capabilities.
