Support and evolve content management platforms (Adobe Workfront, AEM/DAM) by gathering requirements, driving roadmap initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, leading workstreams from discovery through implementation, and enabling adoption through training, governance, and process improvements.

Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close for supply chain & transportation cost centers. Analyze transportation/logistics costs, prepare variance reporting, develop financial models, track KPIs, partner with operations, and drive process improvements and automation.

Support IT infrastructure project delivery by coordinating squads, tracking scope/timelines/resources, preparing status updates and governance materials, managing risks/issues, maintaining delivery artifacts, and assisting change management and program closure activities.
