Leads store customer experience and team performance as part of the store leadership team. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, coaching, loyalty program ownership, managing floor operations, resolving escalations, analyzing customer feedback, improving service delivery, and achieving sales, training, inventory, turnover, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Leads AML analytics, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, data governance, and business intelligence initiatives. Analyzes complex financial crime data to identify risks, trends, control gaps, and operational improvements. Partners with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting, modernization, automation, and data-quality solutions. Supports audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and governance while advising AML leadership through actionable insights and recommendations.

Supports Party City category buying through sales, margin, inventory, market, and customer data analysis; assortment planning; product development; vendor coordination; trend monitoring; SKU and pricing maintenance; and promotional, in-store, and digital execution. The role partners cross-functionally to manage category milestones, evaluate performance, communicate recommendations, and develop commercially strong, customer-focused party assortments across stores and digital channels.
