Develops and markets laboratory services by identifying growth opportunities, generating and managing leads, contacting prospective healthcare customers, implementing business strategies, monitoring industry trends, meeting performance targets, and reporting on marketing progress. Requires adherence to hospital policies and experience in business development or sales within a hospital, laboratory, or healthcare facility.

Provides intensive care nursing for critically ill patients, including assessments, medication and blood administration, ventilator and cardiac monitoring, emergency response, wound care, nutritional support, infection prevention, documentation, care planning, transfers, and discharge coordination. Requires proficiency with life support, critical medications and drips, septic protocols, suctioning, invasive therapies, and ICU procedures.

Manages the operating room’s 24-hour operations, including nursing staff supervision, surgical scheduling, procedure booking, resource coordination, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and collaboration with physicians and hospital leadership. Supports clinical activities, resolves operational issues, monitors performance, ensures appropriate supply charging, and promotes efficient, patient-centered surgical services.
