Assists patients with medical-service pre-authorizations by coordinating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, billing teams, and patients. Processes requests, gathers documentation, explains coverage and potential costs, follows up on approvals, maintains HIPAA-compliant records, and enters patient information accurately into EMR and other computer systems.

Prepares, assembles, and presents cold food items such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers, desserts, and charcuterie. Follows recipes, client specifications, portion standards, and food-safety requirements. Coordinates with kitchen and catering teams to meet production schedules and event deadlines, maintains a clean and organized work area, rotates ingredients, minimizes waste, and monitors inventory levels.

Provides direct patient care by assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, responding to patient needs, documenting care, and reporting condition changes. Collaborates with nurses and healthcare professionals to implement care plans, communicate with patients and families, and ensure continuity of care.
