Manage dealership finance and insurance operations, structure vehicle deals, secure lender approvals, sell F&I products and extended warranties, convert cash purchases to financing, maintain lender relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sales managers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Perform automotive detailing and reconditioning tasks to prepare vehicles for customers, maintain cleanliness and appearance, follow dealership standards, communicate with team and customers, and support a fast-paced service environment (Mon–Fri, Saturdays as scheduled).

Sell new and used vehicles, guide customers through the sales process, deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume retail dealership, collaborate with team, pursue continuous development, and meet sales performance goals.
