Teams at Hudson Institute

Support planning and execution of events (panels, conferences, receptions). Manage invitations, RSVPs, event materials, webpages, on-site logistics, registration, social promotion, contact databases, and photography.

Support Public Affairs with research and administrative work: draft newsletters, web content and press materials; maintain website (photos, proofreading, uploads); update editorial calendar; greet reporters and assist with event operations and daily team tasks.

Support the Japan Chair with research and administrative tasks: gather and analyze data, write literature reviews, track current events, assist on reports, op-eds, presentations, maintain contact databases, and provide event and administrative support while engaging with Hudson scholars.
