Supervise quality and inspection teams across capital projects, ensure compliance with codes and Saudi Aramco standards, review contractor QA/QC systems, conduct site inspections, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions while providing technical support and maintaining inspection records.

Prepare and cook menu items, assist with daily food preparation, and manage assigned kitchen sections. Maintain hygiene, follow recipes and portion control, monitor stock, support busy service, and ensure food quality and presentation. Commis II assists and learns (1-3 years); Commis I manages a section independently (3-5 years).

Support daily sales operations and customer coordination: process orders, prepare quotations and invoices, maintain sales records and CRM, handle customer inquiries, coordinate with logistics/warehouse/finance, track dispatch and deliveries, and assist sales executives with administrative tasks.
