Designs, operates, and evolves global enterprise infrastructure across Azure, Windows, Linux, networking, identity, endpoints, and Internet technologies. Responsibilities include production changes, troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, infrastructure reliability, automation, documentation, and standardization. The role requires cross-platform technical breadth, operational ownership, and collaboration with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams, including leadership of offshore network engineering teams.

Leads AI transformation for the internal audit function by implementing AI-enabled reporting and documentation solutions, establishing workflows and quality controls, maintaining dashboards, and developing policies, templates, and standards. Oversees audit operations, reporting schedules, training records, resource tracking, executive communications, and departmental processes. Facilitates professional development and ensures consistent, efficient audit deliverables using AI, analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.

Supports insurance and risk management workflows, including RMIS data administration, policy and claims management, vendor credentialing, compliance tracking, invoice processing, premium allocation, and financial reporting. Evaluates AI tools, coordinates with third-party administrators and service providers, prepares loss and performance reports, and supports insurance placements, renewals, analytics, and process improvements.
