Greet customers, answer phones, and provide front-desk support at a high-volume car dealership. Handle administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, deliver strong customer service, and communicate clearly (bilingual a plus). Maintain organization and support a collaborative team environment.

Process bank contracts and deals; verify and post sales documents to ledgers; reconcile accounts to trial balance; compile cash receipts, A/P, A/R, and P&L reports; calculate and post employee commissions; maintain accurate transaction records per dealership checklists.

Serve as primary liaison among insurance carriers, TPAs, legal counsel, dealership staff, and internal partners to investigate, document, and resolve auto, liability, property, and workers' compensation claims. Manage claims lifecycle, ensure timely investigation and documentation, maintain confidentiality and accuracy, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve resolutions.
