Provide frontline support to Latin America match analysis clients (CONMEBOL, Serie A, Liga Profesional, Liga MX). Troubleshoot software and hardware, run diagnostics, resolve or escalate issues, communicate via phone/video/email, support high-performance analysis workflows, occasionally attend in-person days, weekends, and travel as needed.

Provide frontline support to Latin American sports clients, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, run diagnostics, resolve or escalate problems, and educate users on product usage. Serve as primary contact for clubs in major regional competitions and occasionally travel or work weekends as needed.

Lead and deliver scalable cloud-based full-stack software, drive engineering best practices (TDD, CI/CD), create architectures, break down complex work, mentor and coach engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to improve team outcomes.
