Design, deploy, and optimize NLP and LLM solutions for production use. Translate research into scalable ML systems, build reliable pipelines, evaluate and fine-tune models, and integrate AI capabilities with product platforms. Collaborate across product and engineering teams, optimize performance and costs, stay current with generative AI advances, and mentor junior engineers while helping build a high-performance AI team.

Own the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline for enterprise and government clients: qualify opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, prepare tailored proposals, coordinate with product/engineering and legal, and close contracts while maintaining client relationships and accurate pipeline tracking.
