Lead and own global events strategy and calendar; drive creative vision and end-to-end delivery for flagship shows, launches, and activations; manage agencies, logistics, budgets, KPIs, and regional teams to deliver culturally resonant brand experiences.

Lead influencer and PR strategy across the Americas (focus on Spanish-speaking Latin America). Build and manage creator relationships, support launches and seeding, run outreach and list building, monitor performance, maintain inbox and operations, collaborate with global teams, and provide cultural insights to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Supports social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Translates creative direction into social plans, manages projects from concept through publishing, coordinates creative and production teams, develops creator- and personality-led short-form content, monitors trends and performance, and uses insights to optimize channel growth. The role requires strong organization, creative judgment, platform knowledge, and independent project ownership.
