Own global eCommerce forecasting and inventory planning across weekly-to-annual horizons. Develop driver-based models, improve forecast accuracy, manage product lifecycle and inventory health, and align demand plans with marketing, promotions, launches, finance, and supply chain. Identify stock and excess risks, reforecast using early performance signals, optimize planning tools and workflows, and provide actionable insights to influence business decisions.

Owns and supports end-to-end color cosmetics development, including trend research, concept creation, product briefs, formulation and texture evaluation, shade direction, supplier communication, cross-functional coordination, artwork information, and launch tracking. The role manages development programs from conception through production, supports formula approvals, maintains project trackers and standards, and collaborates with marketing, design, operations, and international suppliers. Travel is required for supplier meetings and onsite formula approvals.

Translate creative briefs into polished social edits aligned with Huda Beauty’s visual identity, trends, pacing, sound, and technical specifications. Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain organized post-production workflows, collaborate with Social, Creative, and Production teams, and explore AI-assisted editing tools.
