Manage and grow retail partnerships (primarily Sephora) by developing account strategies, ensuring SKU/data governance, analyzing sales and inventory, coordinating retailer meetings and launches, and delivering data-driven recommendations to meet sales targets.

Lead and own global events strategy and calendar; drive creative vision and end-to-end delivery for flagship shows, launches, and activations; manage agencies, logistics, budgets, KPIs, and regional teams to deliver culturally resonant brand experiences.

Coordinate and support new product launches from concept through launch by maintaining Asana timelines, tracking deliverables, liaising with cross-functional teams and suppliers, preparing reports and meeting materials, flagging risks, and supporting process improvements and launch postmortems.
