Leads Human Resources, operations, technology, data systems, facilities, compliance, and organizational performance for a nonprofit. Advises the CEO and executive team, manages department directors, develops talent and culture strategy, oversees labor relations, technology vendors, HIPAA compliance, data governance, internal controls, and multi-site operational effectiveness. Requires strategic leadership, nonprofit experience, people management, and the ability to travel between sites.

Leads Huckleberry Youth Programs’ fundraising, development, marketing, and communications functions. Builds multi-year revenue and donor engagement strategies, cultivates major gifts, diversifies individual, corporate, foundation, and government funding, and strengthens board and CEO fundraising partnerships. Oversees CRM infrastructure, forecasting, compliance, reporting, team development, communications, events, and external stakeholder relationships while advancing equity-centered, community-rooted philanthropy.
