Develop and evolve Huckleberry’s visual identity across web, mobile, campaigns, paid media, lifecycle marketing, product, video, and print. Build scalable brand systems in Figma, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and external creative partners, and ensure consistent, distinctive brand expression. Use experimentation, audience insights, and performance data to guide design decisions while managing multiple projects independently and providing thoughtful feedback across teams.

Own Huckleberry’s web conversion strategy across acquisition, signup, checkout, pricing, and paywall experiences. Lead the experimentation roadmap, define metrics and instrumentation, deliver performance readouts, and develop interactive web tools. Build AI-driven systems to scale testing, write engineering specifications, maintain Contentful taxonomy, and ensure clinically sound guidance through cross-functional partnership. Manage web projects end to end while optimizing acquisition or revenue targets.

Manage creative production workflows from intake through delivery, including timelines, priorities, stakeholder communication, asset organization, and status reporting. Own Asana and JIRA boards, coordinate brand web requests between creative, Dev, and Growth teams, and facilitate weekly production reviews. The role requires strong organization, communication, project management, and familiarity with creative and web development workflows.
