The Senior Director of Growth & Acquisition will lead user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, oversee product-led growth, and manage a multi-disciplinary team to enhance company growth and efficiency.

Manage global app and web paid acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms, optimize multi-million dollar budgets for CAC/ROAS, run experiments and lift tests, analyze campaign data, coordinate with creative/product/data teams, and identify scalable growth channels and acquisition-to-retention improvements.

Own and execute Huckleberry's social media strategy across platforms: build content systems, manage creative and calendar, lead community management, design measurement frameworks, report insights, and partner cross-functionally to grow brand and engagement.
