Oversees daily swim-school operations, including safety, customer service, swim instruction, staffing, scheduling, front desk, snack bar, childcare, facilities, and pool maintenance. Supervises and develops employees, resolves customer concerns, manages opening and closing procedures, ensures policy compliance, coordinates repairs, monitors water quality, and supports customer retention. The role requires flexible evening and weekend availability, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and hands-on pool operations support.

Supports the design, coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of company learning programs. Responsibilities include developing training content and presentations, maintaining TalentLMS, coordinating training logistics, monitoring completion and effectiveness data, supporting onboarding and offboarding records, identifying training gaps, and ensuring materials remain current and aligned with organizational goals.
