Serves as the first point of contact for inbound client calls across HUB Canada West, routing inquiries, triaging urgent needs, resolving issues, maintaining accurate EPIC records, supporting branches, and promoting insurance products. The role requires high-volume client service, relationship building, transaction accuracy, administrative support, and meeting sales and service targets.

Services commercial insurance accounts by supporting producers and marketers, processing certificates, renewals, endorsements, proposals, invoices, and related documentation. Reviews policy accuracy, contacts clients for renewal information, answers coverage questions, processes online quotes, negotiates with insurers, updates client records, and responds to requests from clients, lawyers, and banks. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, compliance, and attention to detail.
