Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts (crop-focused), support producers on client service, renewals, policy transactions, carrier liaison, claims/billing troubleshooting, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Maintain accurate account records, prepare reports and proposals, attend client meetings, and stay current on insurance industry changes and continuing education.

Manage a book of commercial lines insurance accounts, handle client communications, renewals, policy reviews, and invoicing; liaise with underwriters; train and delegate to associate account managers; maintain electronic records and ensure accuracy of proposals, binders, and client policy summaries.

Manage regional finance contracts and reconcile them to client accounts, resolve discrepancies, post contracts to accounts receivable, support collections and third-party agency submissions, produce aged A/R reports, maintain finance spreadsheets, and liaise with branches and finance companies.
