The Account Executive builds client relationships, generates new business in insurance, and maintains existing accounts while providing top-notch service.

Manage a book of commercial lines insurance accounts, handle client communications, renewals, policy reviews, and invoicing; liaise with underwriters; train and delegate to associate account managers; maintain electronic records and ensure accuracy of proposals, binders, and client policy summaries.

Lead change enablement for enterprise technology initiatives: assess impact, map stakeholders, design user-centered adoption journeys, create communications and enablement plans, monitor adoption metrics, collaborate across PMO, Technology, and Operations, and evolve change methodologies to minimize disruption and drive adoption.
