Lead terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient freight movement while managing productivity, service, safety, cost, driver retention, and asset performance. Create and execute annual business plans, monitor KPIs, support customer relationships, enforce DOT and company policies, develop staff, and lead improvement projects.

Supervise warehouse and customer service operations: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; enforce safety and compliance; manage inventory accuracy, WMS-driven productivity, equipment maintenance, and customer priorities to meet service and labor-efficiency goals.

Provide administrative support to managers and driver teams: monitor routes, handle calls and emails, complete data entry, filing, and paperwork, assist with driver onboarding and training, use Microsoft Office and web-based systems, and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
