Supervise day-to-day delivery and warehouse operations, support the Location Manager, recruit and retain contractors, build client relationships, enforce operational policies, improve efficiency and capture client business, and train to become a Location Manager.

Lead enterprise industrial engineering strategy for consolidation and fulfillment. Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end processes, capacity models, and automation initiatives. Drive cross-functional transformation, advanced modeling and simulation, capital investment cases, RFP support, and operating standards. Advise senior leadership, partner with Operations and Finance, and guide field teams on adoption and continuous improvement across multi-site networks.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact and liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing order creation, inventory reconciliation, carrier selection, retailer compliance, accessorial charges, and special projects. Provide high-level customer service, root-cause analysis, and process improvements while training and guiding team members.
