Lead day-to-day operations for one or more delivery locations, build client relationships to secure business, manage independent contractor partnerships, P&L and operating/warehouse expenses, recruit and retain contractors, oversee routing and QC, run meetings/stand-ups, document performance and provide weekly location recaps.

Provide administrative and customer-service support for delivery operations: monitor routes, assemble and file route paperwork, answer phones and emails, assist onboarding and driver issues, process orders/returns, update inventory and reports, and support warehouse daily functions and customer/vendor communications.

Manage and optimize fulfillment and production operations including transportation routing, customer service, inventory control, staffing, training, and supervision of warehouse and production personnel to meet cost, productivity, customer service, and profit objectives.
