Coordinates final-mile delivery routes across multiple markets by optimizing routing, validating order data, supporting internal customers, coordinating with field teams and managers, and identifying efficiency improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, typing speed, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Provides administrative and logistics support by monitoring delivery routes, communicating with drivers, customers, vendors, builders, and supervisors, processing orders and shipping documents, updating inventory and billing information, handling calls and emails, preparing reports, and assisting warehouse and delivery operations. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, dependability, and attention to detail while working Tuesday through Saturday afternoons and evenings.
