Manages Lowe’s settlement and billing processes, ensuring accurate daily order preparation, exception pay and billing, revenue capture, rate changes, and discrepancy resolution. Oversees, trains, and develops Settlement Administrators while collaborating with Field Operations, Billing, and IT. The role also enforces operational policies, improves process efficiency, supports a positive workplace culture, and maintains accuracy, safety, and service standards.

Analyzes driver optimization solutions and assigns loads across a geographic territory. Executes daily market plans, replans loads during disruptions, and coordinates with operations and account teams to ensure capacity coverage. Optimizes routing, equipment utilization, driver productivity, loaded miles, service, safety, and cost. Resolves load-planning issues and communicates pending concerns to after-hours teams while complying with federal Hours of Service regulations.

Supervises and supports daily delivery-location operations, including route management, contractor recruiting and retention, client relationships, warehouse operations, policy enforcement, safety, and operational efficiency. Acts as a manager-in-training toward becoming a Location Manager and leads, coaches, and collaborates with employees, contractors, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
