Owns end-to-end treasury and cash operations, including payments, cash positioning, forecasting, banking relationships, reconciliations, liquidity, controls, and fraud prevention. Provides technical accounting guidance, researches GAAP issues, prepares accounting memos, supports audits, and implements new standards. Serves as the primary accounting liaison for franchisees by resolving system and process questions, supporting onboarding, and improving documentation and workflows.

Own business intelligence reporting across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and support functions. Modernize Power BI, build Snowflake data models with SQL, define company-wide metrics, validate system integrations, monitor data quality and Snowflake costs, and support stakeholders with reliable dashboards and analysis. Coordinate with an external data partner while expanding ownership of Snowflake architecture and tools such as dbt.
