Manages engineering, manufacturing, tryout, and installation projects for manufacturing automation and tooling solutions. Responsibilities include kickoff coordination, scheduling, budget and financial reporting, issue tracking, customer communication, engineering change management, staffing, materials coordination, and advising during equipment debugging and installation. Requires occasional domestic and limited international travel to address customer issues.

Supports project managers from concept design through commissioning and customer buyoff. Responsibilities include setting up budgets and timelines, scheduling meetings, tracking open issues, attending design reviews, releasing engineering designs, maintaining schedules, participating in financial reviews, and supporting internal and external buyoffs.

Leads mechanical design teams on moderately complex automation and tooling projects. Creates 3D designs and assemblies in NX, conducts customer design reviews, updates drawings based on as-built conditions and non-conformances, prepares layouts and field sketches, and develops custom engineered solutions. Facilitates FMEA and ergonomic reviews, reviews control documentation, and ensures compliance with customer safety, design, and delivery standards.
