Supports HR administration by processing employee records, new-hire and termination paperwork, HRIS updates, employment verifications, performance review tracking, reporting, personnel file maintenance, and I-9 and CORI documentation. Provides receptionist and telephone coverage, follows up on missing information, and completes errands using a personal vehicle.

Manage patient billing and payments, post adjustments and denials, reconcile receipts, verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations, prepare and submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and collaborate with billing, collections, and client teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
